LOCATION

Premier Business Park is prominently positioned on the northern side of the M50 motorway, just west of the Cappagh Road/M50 overpass.

There is good access to the M50 motorway, Dublin Airport, M1 and Port Tunnel via the N3 Navan Road and N2 Ashbourne bypass.

The Cappagh Road goes straight to the N2 Finglas Road, which leads to Glasnevin, Phisborough and Dublin City Centre.

The site is close to several amenities such as Blanchardstown Town Centre, The National Aquatic Centre, Tyrrelstown Town Centre & Golf Club and the Blanchardstown Institute of Technology.  

All of the local roads have been upgraded recently greatly improving access to the N3 and N2.
